Our glampsite is located between Yarmouth and Freshwater and we are situated on an arable working farm of approximately 900 acres around the saltwater tidal River Yar estuary. An exciting environmental habitat with extraordinary biodiversity, the estuary is renowned as being a haven for Lapwing, Teal, Kingfisher and many other feathered friends.

Extensive walking, cycling and horse-riding opportunities are at hand as the site is connected with tracks that lead to the Downs and footpath/bridleway networks. Cycling is becoming very popular and with the renowned 'Round The Island' route being very close-by we are ideally placed for cyclists and walkers. The Island's beaches (there are 57 miles of coastline on the Island) are known as being some of the best in Europe. Freshwater Bay, Compton Bay and Colwell Bay are close-by.  We are also a stone’s throw from one of the best paddleboarding spots in the UK.

We are centrally located to a good selection of eateries, bars, pubs, cafes, take aways, shops and facilities. All are within easy reach including Boots chemist, a butcher, a fishmonger, a baker, a deli, a petrol garage, Sainsbury local and a Tesco supermarket, all less than 2 miles away in Freshwater or Yarmouth.
